In a heartwarming tribute to those who’ve have been called the "unsung heroes of healthcare”, three talented teens from Cheshire have come together to sing out and release a heartwarming and poignant music video and cover of the Bill Withers classic, Lean On Me.
The video, produced with support from ambulance services supplier the Tricorder Care Group, celebrates the vital work of all ambulance staff across the country.
The teen trio—Marco Dennis, Ava Walsh, and Tom Murphy, all 17-year-old A Level students from Macclesfield— wanted to shine a light on the incredible work done by ambulance crews, patient transport, ambulance support staff, and emergency responders.

“When we learned about how hard ambulance staff work, especially during recent times, we wanted to do something to show our appreciation,” says Marco. “Ambulance staff care for us every day, but they don’t always get the recognition they deserve.”
Tricorder Steps in to Support the Cause
The project caught the attention of the Tricorder Care Group – with bases in Thame, Kettering, Slough, Horsham and across the Southeast - which provides specialised ambulance services to the NHS and medical support to the film and TV industries across the UK.
When they heard about the idea, Tricorder offered to help produce a professional music video, which includes footage of uniformed staff in action.
“Supporting the next generation of talent while showcasing the dedication of ambulance staff was an easy decision for us,” says Dr Johan du Plessis, CEO of Tricorder Care Group. “This video is a powerful reminder of the critical role ambulance services play, and we’re honoured to help bring this project to life.
